Technical Business Analyst

As a multi-platform video products provider, Switch Media design, develop and deliver IP video solutions for a diverse range of industries including Broadcast Media, Government & Enterprise, and Education & Training. We are seeking to appoint a Technical Business Analyst to join our Product team based in Pyrmont. The Technical Business Analyst will work on new projects, liaising with our Product Management, Sales, Project and Technical teams to ensure that we efficiently meet deadlines, financial goals and project objectives. The role will require a person with proven experience across the full project life cycle from gap analysis, gathering functional and non-functional requirements, business case development, creating documentation of functional specifications through to providing technical solutions.

Your role will require you to:

  • Take responsibility for requirements gathering and developing business processes
  • Gather, write, review and track functional requirements
  • Leverage JIRA and Confluence to create and manage user stories, tasks, and epics

Test Analyst - 3 month contract

We are looking for a mid-level Test Analyst to join our talented team of engineers for an initial 3 month contract, commencing the first week (6th) of March 2017.

You will be working on our cutting-edge IPTV application and the role will require you to:

  • Mobile (iOS and Android), Streaming TV applications testing, bug identification and documenting processes
  • Work alongside Development and QA teams to ensure all testing schedules are adhered to throughout the project life cycle.
  • Developing and documenting test cases that will check the integrity of our products
  • Executing and reporting test cases.

An accomplished result-focused Technical Product Manager will assist us in taking our Enterprise Video Content Management solution, Advertising, and Mobile Apps to market as a clearly defined set of products with vertical specific market applications.
